Fearless Decorator Feature: The English Room

Holly Hollingsworth Phillips of The English Room is a Charlotte NC based interior designer who is know for her eclectic, colorful and elegant style. She is a previous participant of the One Room Challenge, a room makeover challenge organized twice a year by Linda Weinstein of Calling it Home with the sponsorship of House Beautiful. The first five images were Holly's reveal for the 2015 challenge.

I like how much energy this room has with all the swirl patterns, and love the color scheme. It's so strong that it almost steals the spotlight from the colorful abstract painting on the wall. Image: The English Room
